The foundation was established by Zakhra Begaliyeva, who believed that every person — regardless of physical or social limitations — deserves access to quality education, support, and opportunities to unlock their full potential.

ITeachMe is a Competence Development Center founded in 2020. Its goal is to provide young people with disabilities and those from socially vulnerable groups with training in modern digital and IT professions and to support them in finding employment.

We create equal opportunities and unlock each person’s potential by bringing people together, teaching modern professions, and inspiring them to become the best version of themselves.
By 2030, we aim to reach 90% of working-age people with disabilities in Kazakhstan through education and employment support programs.

Educational Projects
We teach modern digital and IT professions: UX/UI design, No Code, AI, SMM, mobile journalism, and more. Courses are available online, in Russian, Kazakh, and with sign language interpretation.
Innovation Projects
We run startup programs and incubators where participants develop real tech solutions to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
Hackathons & Accelerators
We host hackathons and tech competitions where teams create inclusive prototypes, receive mentorship, and access mini-grants.
Trainings & Master-classes
We conduct regular trainings on disability etiquette and communication, leadership and motivation, time management, financial literacy, job interview preparation, and self-presentation skills.
These trainings help participants feel more confident in the workplace and adapt to the demands of the modern labor market.
Soft Skills Camps
We organize offline camps where people with disabilities spend several days developing key soft skills such as stress resilience, effective communication, conflict resolution, public speaking, goal setting, and leadership. The camp program includes interactive trainings, group activities, and practical case studies aimed at boosting confidence, self-awareness, and personal effectiveness.
Festivals & Public Events
We organize various events to promote the ideas of inclusion, environmental awareness, and civic engagement. These events serve as a platform for exchange, inspiration, and dialogue between NGOs, the government, businesses, and the public.
